Welcome :) I’m Mary, the owner & founder of Skin Smile Remedy, a health & beauty clinic that offers paramedical skin treatments and cosmetic teeth whitening in Western Sydney, Blacktown.

I view skin as the 'window to your overall health.' I've always had the understanding that beauty really is in an inside job, that inflammation on the skin becomes a secondary pathway when the primary detoxifying channels are blocked by gut dysbiosis, vitamin deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, stress and ill health. I believe skin must be treated holistically, in order to get the results you want, you must find and treat the root cause, instead of bandaging the problem. I focus on lifestyle changes, environmental aggressors, the health of the body & mind, internal supplementation and topical prescriptions whilst providing a safe, relaxing and pampering experience during your treatment.

 Skin is much more deeper than the physical component - it is health, prevention, restoration & a daily part of self-care. I want to bridge the gap between skin health and beauty so that you can be educated on preventative measures and have a better understanding of the manifestations of the body's internal needs.
