Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.
Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
SKIN SMILE REMEDY will accept all refunds or replacement requests if:

Product/s has not been used or opened
Product/s show no signs of wear and tear
Packaging of products have not been damaged
Products are returned within 14 days of delivery

Refunds will not include outward shipping fee and shipping costs for return of goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unopened, unused and in its original packaging
You will need the receipt and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how to return the goods.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and is at buyers expense for products to be returned.
